New York-based artist Renée Estée has recently been profiled in the latest issue of To Be Magazine.
Words by Chloe Borich, the piece details Estée’s first solo presentation with the gallery, titled ‘Choral Ode’, held at our Darlinghurst venue earlier this year.
Borich writes, “Encountering a Renée Estée painting is like stumbling across a book that has been left open. Except here the spine is shaped by timber and the pages clipped from canvas, as if smoother down mid-chapter and face out into better reading light.”
