COMA is pleased to officially announce the representation of Dusseldorf-based artist Fabian Ramírez (b. 1994, Mexico City). The gallery will be displaying a suite of new paintings by Ramírez at Sydney Contemporary 2023 and the artists’ second solo presentation with the gallery in November 2024.
Fabian Ramírez has recently completed his residency and solo presentation, ‘A DIESTRA Y SINIESTRA’, with NARANJO 141, Mexico City, 2023; a solo exhibition, ‘Meeting Duality’, with Plain Gallery, Milan, 2023; a residency at Young Art Residency, Weidingen, Germany, 2022; and a solo exhibition, COMA, Sydney, 2022.
The artist will also be presenting a new body of work as part of a residency with The Cabin LA in Los Angeles this September and will be studying at the Royal Academy of Art, London in 2024 as part of an exchange program through Kunstakademie Düsseldorf.
