Arts Hub has covered COMA's debut exhibition opening, Waiting for Lavender, showcasing major new works by New Mexico-based Australian artist, as well as the transformed 490-square-metre exhibition space.
COMA’s move away from its former Chippendale and Darlinghurst locations is strategic, and instead of fearing the tyranny of distance, the gallery is confident it will be a destination worth visiting. Along with the main exhibition space is a private viewing room at ground level, and upstairs on-site storage.
